البريد: support@taxidaraja.iq

This page is for the Taxi Daraja (تكسي دراجة) app.
Request deletion without the app. Message us from the account's phone number and ask for your account to be deleted: WhatsApp +964 781 400 7182 — Email support@taxidaraja.iq. We confirm the number is yours and delete the account.
Or delete it yourself in the app. Settings → Delete account, confirmed with your password. Immediate.
What is erased. Your name, phone, Telegram link, all document images, notification subscriptions and unused promo codes.
What is kept. Trip records with all identifying data stripped, because a trip belongs to both rider and captain and deleting it outright would destroy the other party's earnings history or receipts. Your phone number is released and can register again.
When deletion is refused. During an active ride, or while a cash reward is unpaid.
