نستخدم خرائط OpenStreetMap/CARTO وخدمة توجيه OSRM لعرض الخرائط وحساب المسارات. تُرسل الإحداثيات المطلوبة لهذه الخدمات لغرض الرسم والتوجيه فقط.
تكدر تحذف حسابك بنفسك من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، وتأكيدها بكلمة المرور. الحذف فوري.
الي ينمسح نهائياً: اسمك، رقم هاتفك، ربط تلغرام، صور المستمسكات كلها (الهوية وإجازة السوق وبطاقة السكن)، واشتراكات الإشعارات، وأكواد الخصم الي ما استعملتها.
الي يبقى: سجلات الرحلات بدون أي بيانات تعرّفك بيها. الرحلة الواحدة تخص طرفين — الزبون والكابتن — فحذفها كامل يمسح سجل أرباح الكابتن وإيصالات الزبون الثاني معاها، لذلك نفصل الشخص عنها ونبقيها مجهولة الهوية. رقم هاتفك يتحرر ويقدر يسجّل من جديد.
ما تكدر تحذف الحساب وأنت برحلة شغالة، أو إذا عندك مكافأة نقدية ما استلمتها — استلمها أو خلّص الرحلة أول.
إذا ما تكدر توصل للتطبيق، راسلنا على الواتساب أدناه من نفس رقم الحساب ونحذفه إلك.

What we collect. Phone number and name (account); location; trip data (pickup, destination, fare, ratings); and, for captains, ID number, driving licence and document photos (verification only — riders never see identity papers, only the captain's portrait and bike photo, and only during an active ride). When you verify your number, Telegram sends us the phone number registered to your Telegram account after you tap the share button; we cannot read your messages or contacts.
Location. Riders: collected only while the app is in use, to set the pickup point and match the nearest captain. Captains: when the captain switches "available for work" on, location is sent continuously while that mode is on — including when the screen is off — so nearby ride requests can reach them. A persistent notification is shown the whole time, and sending stops the moment the mode is switched off. We collect no location outside these two cases.
Protection. Passwords are hashed and unreadable, even by us. All traffic is HTTPS. We never sell or share personal data. Maps and routing use OpenStreetMap, CARTO and OSRM; coordinates are sent solely for rendering and routing.
Deleting your account. In the app: Settings → Delete account, confirmed with your password. Immediate. Your name, phone, Telegram link, all document images, notification subscriptions and unused promo codes are erased. Trip records remain with all identifying data stripped, because a trip belongs to both rider and captain and deleting it outright would destroy the other party's earnings history or receipts. Your phone number is released and can register again. Deletion is refused during an active ride or while a cash reward is unpaid. If you cannot reach the app, message us on WhatsApp from the account's number.
